$49 dollars for 30 min or $97 dollars for 60 min subsequent treatments (you Determine on first visit what is most appropriate)

The Value offered at BodiKey is higher than the normal standard of physical therapy because we are able to treat the person and not the diagnosis. This allows us to complete interventions that are based in research but also more importantly ones that work for you the customer. Every person is unique; In-Network the diagnosis is the primary factor determining which interventions you receive, at BodiKey we promise to treat you and your symptoms not your diagnosis.

 

The Cost due to the high deductibles and lack of coverage, there is less likelihood that reimbursement will occur even within in-network traditional physical therapy offices where the bill can be as high as $400 per visit. Individuals who do not meet their deductible consistently are better off paying the reduced rate of $100 dollars per visit. For those who have been in physical therapy before, it becomes very frustrating to complete exercises within the physical therapy gym when you are expected to do the same exercises at home. In-network providers charge a fee for every 15 minutes you are in the clinic; so performing these exercises allows them to charge your insurance more money and ultimately, if you haven't met your deductible or you have a co-insurance, charging you more money. At BodiKey we teach self and home management starting on the initial visit so that you can progress to getting yourself better which won't cost you a thing!

 

The Ability to Listen stems from the fact that we at BodiKey can offer you something that In-Network providers simply can't because there is no way to charge for it. We can because it is a flat rate we do not charge by the 15 minutes. We listen because honestly this is our best tool. We hear your goals, your aspirations, your problems, and your difficulties simply by listening. Can I Use My Health Saving Account (HSA)?

Yes, physical therapy is considered to be a covered health care service and therefore your HSA can be used to cover the charge of the service.

 

Do you Accept My Insurance?

Yes and No. BodiKey does not bill your insurance, but will issue a receipt that you may submit for out-of-network reimbursement. The amount that you receive back from your insurance company varies from each individual plan and therefore it is recommended you call your insurance company. It is advised that you be comfortable paying the full bill due to the high deductibles causing less likelihood that reimbursement will occur.
